Mosman Mediterranean

A stones throw away from Mosman Village lies this quaint 1900's semi. While the front facade design was limited by the constraints of the Mosman heritage conservation area, we had slightly more creative control over the rear extension. Whilst retaining sensitivity to the heritage feel, the use of materials and textures allowed us to incorporate a mediterranean style to incorporate a beautiful first floor north facing primary suite and entry to open plan living, dining and kitchen sprawling out to an alfresco terrace.
