Nestled in the back laneways of Clovelly lies this lovely little tropical oasis. Capitalisation was important to this family who love living in the area but needed extra space for their family of 5.
DA approved through Randwick Council, our Clients will enjoy a valuable double garage, pool and studio - to be used as office space and social overflow for busy family life. The large plunge pool with tropical surrounds, and feature cactus, will be a beautiful outlook from the existing semi’s entertaining area. Materiality reflects a mediterranean aesthetic with timber feature cladding; arched and angular windows expressed with fine aluminium extrusions.
