Sitting proud on the north end of Maroubra, this mediterranean inspired residence's simply appointed facade was designed to reflect the soft organic lime renders and finer details of Italian coast architecture. While on the inside exudes rich Sicilian vibes with deep greens, burgandy's and textured whites. Integral to the design of this family home was to ensure the final residence appeared as a new build rather than a second storey addition facilitated by the detailed integration of new and existing elements with complementing colours, materials and geometric forms.
